The Race to Craziness
Am I crazy?

We left Howey Feb 23 and arrived in San Diego Feb 27.
After 3 days of constant rain and no sun from Howey to El Paso Tx we finally got lots of sun and warm temps thru New Mexico, Arizona and California to San Diego.
In Florida, we checked out some of the panhandle route around Destin and learned some roads are still closed due to hurricane IVAN last fall and many of the motels are filled with power company workers till late April. We might have some problems and have to change our route. East of El Paso, we experienced the I-10 interstate for 40 miles which Pan and Lynda will be riding. I don't think it will be a fun ride on that part of the route. The mountains in California will be a challenge and if the gals do them okay I think the rest of the trip is a given.
Lynda arrived on the 27th of February from Canada and immediately my life has changed from a quiet controlled retired one to utter craziness as you can see from the picture. For the next 2 months how am I expected to keep sane with 2 women trying their damdest to control every aspect???? At least I will control the car keys and have my own space for a few hours a day.
Pray for me and if you find me a bit stranger when I return to Howey please try to understand what experiences I may have had to tolerate. I'm sure with time I will return to normal???
