Our ride to Fernandina Beach was much cooler than the last 2 days since the sky was so overcast. In fact, the last 15 miles was in the light rain. Light rain in Florida means that it is not a torrential downpour. Regardless, we arrived at the hotel looking like drowned mud rats.
