Day 47
Home for the Night in Chattahoochee

Day 47 Saturday, April 16
84.5 miles 2762 total miles
We had an early start today as we had a long way to go. First up was a hill and then another and another. By the time the hills disappeared the winds from the NE came out to pester.
Inspite of all this we had a great day biking as the temps were in the mid 70's and the Florida sun shone down on us.
We met Estelle and Carol on the road again and then played leap frog for several hours.
Our home for the night was in Chattahoochee a stones throw away from the Georgia state line. When the reservations were made, Lynda and Richard could only get a room in Snead at the Seminole Lodge. Sounds wonderful, a motel built for fishermen edging the lake. Very rustic!
