New Faces

They had Tail Winds 


Struggling along Texas Road 118, battling the 30 mph headwinds, we met these bikers heading west. They had left Jacksonville Beach 5 week ago and were lugging all their gear plus camping along the way. Their route was taking them to San Diego then north to Seattle and then east to Boston. They hoped to do the trip in five months. Today was great for them as they had tailwinds pushing them westward.

They gave us a few tips on where to eat and what to look forward to as we continued east.
