Crawfish Anyone

Crawfish Anyone? 


For several day we have been biking beside fields and fields of crawfish farms. The season is from February to May so they are everywhere. I finally took the plunge and decided to try boiled crawfish. This is a 5 pound plate full and the server assured me an average person could eat 5lbs.
