Day 48, Sunday, April 17

Today was an easy ridng day as we had few headwinds and an occasional tailwind to push us towards the Wakulla Springs State Park and Lodge. Also the roads we travelled on today had very light traffic.
We arrived at the park early enough to enjoy all the activities available.
The spring in front of the lodge is one of the world's largest and deepest fresh water springs. The water is a constant 68 year round. Too cold for us but we did dip our toes in the water.
The lodge and the springs are surrounded by 5000 acres of forests full of birds and other wild life.
