Today, I decided to venture out along the winding, up and down SR455 to the trail head for the West Orange Rail to Trail. As the weather was warm I suggested that my husband, John meet me there with his bike (he has inherited the raleigh) and ride a few miles. The trail winds through Winter Gardens and Ocoee. Along the way, there are numerous outdoor eating spots were we could get a snack and rest. Sunday's are very busy days on the trail but it was great to see so many families enjoying the outdoors with their children. But the exciting news is that John biked 14 miles! He was as happy as I was about his accomplishment and is anxious to go out again.
